This coffee is a 100% Certified Organic blend with coffees coming from Indonesia and South America. Its roast and flavors combined create a delightful cup of coffee.
In the cup: expect a deep, syrup-type body with slight hints of cocoa and a very pleasant aftertaste.
This is a darker, stronger cup of coffee created by combining coffees from both Central and South America, and adding a bit of African coffees into the mix

Varietal: Icatu –Mundo Novo, Catimor Elevation: 950 – 1,500 m In the cup: Rich, well balanced deep body, hints of cocoa, with a subtle sweet after-taste.
Mexico Grapos (Organic)
Twenty five small lot farmers. Grupo de Asesores de Produccion Organica y Sustenable ( GRAPOS ) is located adjacent to El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in Chiapas and certified as Bird friendly by control union.
Varietal: Typica,Bourbon. In the cup: Brown sugar fragrance, nutty and mild fruit flavors, medium body and medium acidity.
It only took about two years of intense research for not only some fine latin american coffees, but also to create the perfect blend between two coffees.
Expect a rich, heavy body coffee with some light citrus notes and amazing after-taste.

Sumatra Permata Gayo (Organic)
Founded in 2006 with 50 farmers in the Bener Meriah district of the Aceh Province In Sumatra, Indonesia . The cooperative was founded in order to increase the sale of organic coffee and generate benefits for the allied small-scale farmers.
Varietal: Catimor. Elevation: 1,000 – 1,500 m In the cup: Spicy, herbal aromatics, with syrupy body and medium acidity.
